Hi guys! I am fairly new to this community, I found it on the nkotb forums
I want to be in the best shape of my life by June 2011. I refuse to be this fat disgusting mess when I meet NKOTB. I am at 161 right now and I would like to be 125. I really need the motivation and help because quite frankly Im a lazy mess.

So here I am asking for help. Anyone wanna help me out?

I think you will find lots of people who will tell you that ultimately it is up to you. BUT, that being said, there is plenty of inspiration on this site. You will learn a lot and get support and a whole lot more

thank you guys!!! im getting an exercise bike for christmas I cannot wait to get it! Love my workout dvds but I need something else too! haha
