
My name is Kayla and I'm 20 years old. I am 5'2" and weigh 158 pounds. I've struggled with my weight for a while. A couple years ago I went on a "diet" and lost 69 pounds. I weighed 204 lbs. and I got myself down to a healthy 135 lbs. Unfortunately..since then I've put some of the weight back on.. I now live with my fiancee and man it's just hard to diet and eat healthy with a man in the house! LOL!
I'm looking for a support group I guess. I have gym membership (I actually got it in February...lost 3 pounds and then I just kinda quit going for many many many reasons and time issues) I plan on starting going to the gym again this month and will work my butt off.
Originally when I lost the 69 lbs., I calorie counted (ate about 1200-1400 calories a day), went for walks and used an elliptical machine.
My mini goal is 135. My next goal is 120.
