Two Weeks.
I haven't counted for two whole weeks, and I'm a bit scared to even weigh myself. This is the second time I've done this but I'm really trying to get back on the saddle even if I have to do it more than once.
Anyway, my old calorie limit was 2050 but I was having a hard time getting up to that many calories on some days, so I'd eat something that was high in calories and totally not diet friendly, and I think that's how I started to doing bad. I'd always have it in the back of my mind that I'm not going to get up to my calorie limit so I would eat junk.
I've been thinking of calorie cycling or just cutting my calories back to 1600 or so but I'm not sure if that'd be healthy for someone my size? I'm pretty confused and I'm really in need of some advice!
