Welcome!!! You have come to a great place to start. I don't have any great tips for you as I am still struggling, but look around. There are LOADS of people of have lost weight and are keeping it off. GOOD LUCK!!

Default What has worked for me

Keeping a detailed food log of everything I eat and or drink (if it has calories) every day has helped me lose 30 lbs and kept it off.

Exercise 5-6x a week as your body will allow. I had to start at 5 minutes on the treadmill at 65% heartrate but I have increased it and I am now beginning 25 minutes this coming week. I add 5 minutes each week.

I would do more but I have advanced arthritis.

Remember to start where you are at, not where others may be. We are not in competition with anyone but ourselves.
