Well I've been lurking on this forum from time to time and have finally been motivated enough to make an account and get going!
I just turned 23 last week and am currently exactly 2 years postpartum. I have all of my 40 pregnancy pounds completely gone (that went in the first 6 weeks) but now I'm stuck with all the bad relationship weight at a whopping 198lbs and 5'3! I've never been a skinny person in my entire life but this is completely off the charts for me.
I've tried many, many times in the past two years to shift this weight but it just isn't going anywhere. I haven't gained a pound and whatever I do lose, I gain back within a few weeks (its only ever been an 8lb loss total).
I started last week, I cut out all full fat sodas and I've gone a 30 minute elliptical workout every day for 7 days. I started today following the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jumpstart diet and so far it seems to be going very well, I feel like I'll be able to stick with it.
I need to get this started now because I'm starting a Masters degree in January and I know that if I don't establish good habits in the next few weeks then I just will not have the motivation to start once I'm laden down with papers and school work.
My ultimate weight would be 120 but for now I am aiming for 135. Once I get to that, I will see how I feel, I may love my curves at that point
