A new start
I signed up on here 5 years ago when I was 19...I'm almost 25. Wow...
Anyway I'm currently 304lbs and my highest is 323 back in February and I gave a lazy try to loose some weight that got me to 317. I've been up and down since then and have been going strong since Oct. 27th starting at 319. I'm so happy and feeling AWESOME...this time last year I was 323 and I HATED it!! Normally my high was 315, but I'm a student that works in the summer and one unfortunate of no job caused me to gain weight while depressed.
My first small goal is to get out of the 300lbs range which is 5lbs away. I'm hoping to meet that by Nov. 27th. I also want to be at least 290 by Dec. 23rd, which is my birthday. From here I want to continue to be successful and it will be hard as I'm only use to working out while in school and not while working. The spring semester I begin student teaching so I'm hoping I'm not too tired or worn out to get a good workout in.
