Time to find my waist again.....
Hi, this time I'm gonna do it! I yo-yo and never get too fat and never get too thin....but somehow my waist just keeps disappearing as the years creep up on me (48 and 72 kilos). My goal is to get back to 65 kilos and I'm going the high protein diet approach... I know I won't have a problem with sweets and breads, but we live in France and the idea of having a steak without a glass or two of red wine is really difficult to swallow!!
I'm making my husband do the diet with me so we can suffer together... but mostly because I know I would crack without him also forgoing all the carbohydrates and wine. Wish us luck!!!
