Hi Cupcake! First of all, take a deep breath.

You've found a wonderful place full of great ideas and support. It has helped me immensely and I come here almost daily. Look around and get some ideas. Come up with a plan that you can work
for life. If you are like me you have tried many ways and lost/gained a bunch. I finally realized I had to change the way I was eating. I still allow myself the things that aren't the healthiest (but that I love), but in reasonable amounts, along with the better foods I've begun to eat. I've found ways to cook things that I love that cut calories and fat.
I felt like a big, bloated bag when I finally gave in and started changing. I never want to feel that way again and I don't plan to.
Most importantly, I found an exercise program that works for me. That was the key for me. I didn't like it at first but, believe it or not, I actually look forward to it now. I feel better than I have felt in years, maybe in my entire life.
In a nutshell, here is what I do: Track calories, drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, cut down on fat and processed foods and exercise.
It takes time to adjust to all the changes you will need to make. But it is worth the time and effort. You've started your journey. Keep on going.
