I've walked a mile 2 days in a row, in the cold and dark, whooo! It's not so bad. And I just ordered walking poles. Might make it more fun.

Reward: Some new clothes and SPA DAY!
Next mini-goal weight: 250 lbs.
Reward: Some new clothes and I can buy Xbox Kinect & some movement games.
Next mini-goal weight: 200 lbs.
Reward: Some new clothes and I get to join a dance class (probably hip-hop) and my little sister is going to join with me.
Final weight goal: 150 lbs.
Reward: All new clothes!!! Maybe a new tattoo XD
Other goals:
Get off blood pressure and anti-depressant meds
Learn to like beans (yuck!)
Stop avoiding the grocery store
Learn to enjoy cooking more
