I joined WW 9 weeks ago and have lost 11 pounds. I am planning on losing between 25-30 pounds to bring me into the middle of my ideal weight range... we will see how the weeks go and how I feel once I reach the upper limit of my goal. Stick with it, take the small loses and buy any tools you need to keep you going. Magazines, books, guides, exercise equipment.... ANYTHING! You will succeed at this!
