Talking Looking to chat with other new WW members!

Hi! I'm cindy and I've been a new WW member for 2 weeks now! I go weigh in tomorrow night for the second time. If anyone has any ideas on how to stay motivated I would like to hear about them. :

Hi Cindy!

I joined WW 9 weeks ago and have lost 11 pounds. I am planning on losing between 25-30 pounds to bring me into the middle of my ideal weight range... we will see how the weeks go and how I feel once I reach the upper limit of my goal. Stick with it, take the small loses and buy any tools you need to keep you going. Magazines, books, guides, exercise equipment.... ANYTHING! You will succeed at this!

Hi Cindy,
I joined WW about 6 weeks ago. I am down 12 pounds and have lost 7 inches. The program does work. Group support does wonders. Hope you had a good weigh in.

Hi Cindy!

I joined WW a year and a half ago and still follow the program which I believe is perfect...I have lost 70 pounds and gone down 7 dress sizes...

It works! and it's sooo easy to follow.

hi cindy!
i joined ww in april 2002 i wanted to lose 18 pounds for my wedding in june i lost 21 by june
tonight i weight in november 11 and ive lost 43 so far it works stay with it good luck
