whats going to happen to youif you cant get cardio in for a little bit?
That wasnt rhetorical-- really, whats going to happen to you if you cant do any cardio for a while?

Are you afraid you are going to lose weight? Or worse-- gain it all back?
About 9 or 10 months ago, i CHOSE to take an extended break from any and ALL training, for about 6 weeks-- the purpose was to give my body a much needed training break, and aloow it to recover from the hardcore exercising, and hard core dieting down during the previous year.
I stayed VERY dilligent with my calories ( and in fact lowered them alittle)
and ended up losing more weight during that time period than id ever lost
You dont need exercise to lose fat.
