Ok ladies im a lapbander i had lapband in dec 08 and havent lost a lot because i lack motivation and support im trying weight watchers from home do u all have weigh ins?

Welcome! You haven't lost? That is odd! But then again, I don't know much about those types of surgeries. I would automatically assume anyone would lose right away no matter what. So sorry, it's been hard for you.
