Hi Everyone!
I have been a woman on a mission and have lost 20 lbs in the past year (graduate school was very hard on my body, but starting my job gave me the opportunity to spend more time eating healthy and focusing on working out). I just recently broke up with my boyfriend though, and have found myself bummed out over the situation and slipping back into bad eating habits.
My ultimate goal has been to get to 130-135 by the end of the year. I'm looking forward to gaining the benefits and support of this community!!
(Also, I'm addicted to crockpotting, so I'm hoping I come across some healthy, delicious crockpot recipes!)
