hi

  • hi everyone i'm sanem i've recently discovered this site and wanted to join you.i want to lose weight but it's not easy i've tried everything you might think of (weight watchers,fat loss 4 idiots,acupuncture,pills,etc.) but couldn't lose any weight or even if i did, i couldn't maintain it.now i started with exercise only. i walk for an hour everyday on treadmil.i want to start a weight loss plan too but i can't decide.if you have any suggestions thank you in advance

    I know it's a struggle and it is so important you get a plan you can live with over a long term. Last year, in August 09, I began going to Metabolic Research Center. By Christmas 09, I had gone from a size 24 to 14. I still am trying to get the losing part going once again (currently wearing a size 12), but I found this plan so helpful and I lost at a really quick pace. So, if you haven't checked it out, you might give it a look. Wishing you all the best.

    Oh wow! I had your before and after pics on my phone (I still have them) and now I see that it was you and you commented on my post I'm so happy. You are my biggest inspiration
