i've recently discovered this site and wanted to join you.i want to lose weight but it's not easy
i've tried everything you might think of (weight watchers,fat loss 4 idiots,acupuncture,pills,etc.) but couldn't lose any weight or even if i did, i couldn't maintain it.now i started with exercise only. i walk for an hour everyday on treadmil.i want to start a weight loss plan too but i can't decide.if you have any suggestions thank you in advance
