I'm back....
Hi everyone,
I'm back....and need the support along with reading everyones good and bad....
I'm unsure at this time which diet plan to go with. Most likely calorie counting and doing it on my own. I originally joined here at 3fc while I was on LAWL. I lost 30lbs but didn't maintain, I've been yo-yoing on my weight but reached an all time high of 205 recently. LAWL was the last "diet plan" I was on. I did have a little bit of success on my own plus I had joined a Mama's bootcamp but financially couldn't maintain my membership.
My current plans are not to go too overboard these next few days and then hit it hard and strict on Monday. I have a great support system but they have their quirks too.
I'll update my current stats by Monday since that will be the start date.
