No I'm not a pirate and not even a big fan but I couldn't think of a title and that seemed catchy enough, no? Anyway, I've been big all my life and am bound and determined to do something about it though I have no idea how. Dieting suggests to me only a temporary change but I want a lifestyle change that won't make me miserable... so ...uh...hi?

Try and think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. Just healthy foods and healthy portions. You can find plenty of support for that here
