mm brownies... seriously, I would evaluate what I was craving but if after eating something health, drinking lots of water, and excercising there was still the craving I would probably end up getting one at a coffee shop if I could find one at. TBH I haven't eliminated ANYTHING from my diet, I just eat less of it. So having just one brownie, once a month seems okay as long as you keep the rest of your eating in check.

Or find a substitute for the chocolate craving, I love real cocoa powder, splenda, skim milk and hot water for a low cal yummy choco fix...
