I have weeks like that, where there's just bouncing and fluctuating and no new low. Sometimes it lasts two or even three weeks, before a whoosh of 2-3 pounds. (And sometimes that whoosh is followed by a small bounceback! )
You'll get to know your body's patterns if you weigh every day for a long time. Trust your plan - it's working! just give it time.

I guess since I went from 174 to 173 and 172 in a matter of days, I expected to see at least 171 before Monday. I guess I'll just have to keep trying, haha. Last time I stalled at 175, maybe I'm stalling again at 172. Oh well. As long as I'm not GAINING, I'm happ(ier).
Sometimes I get a whoosh but for the most part if I stick to plan I drop a pound or so a week with plenty of bouncing around before that. I stall a lot but changing the type of workouts usually helps a lot so does drinking a ton of water.
My weight used to fluctuate a lot (I was stuck in the 180s for two years!). Since I've virtually eliminated grains, I stay the same or lose slowly. I didn't even gain just before my period, when I used to gain up to 5 pounds.
We have the same issue, down to the pound! I'm trying to get below 172 and I keep bouncing around just as you have been. It's SO FRUSTRATING!! Sorry, no advice, just know that you're not alone.
You guy will get it! I just did this morning. I was down to 171.6, really surprised. I'm expecting tomorrow to bounce right back up to 173 though, that seems to be the pattern, anyway.
