Hi.. I'd like to introduce myself.. I have been dieting since I was born i think lol.. I have lost considerable amount of weight and very proud of it. I am here to find some balance and support.. I may only have 15 lbs to lose for "my" ideal weight goal but its a constant struggle as most of you can understand. Back in 2002 i weighed in at 220lbs and got myself into bodybuilding in 2007 and eventually competed in a fitness competition at 129lbs.. yes 129lbs.. at 5'8" not very sexy. It was a great accomplishement but i am now looking for a balance than bodybuilding dieting which is not easy to get out of that mind set. I am hoping to make new friends and support each other
