Red face Just a friendly hello!
New to the blog and really haven't 'figured' my way around it. So glad you are all out there. I have been on the diet for three weeks - lost 10.6 lbs so far. Weigh in tomorrow! Very motivated and not finding this plan too hard.

Hi, I'm new too. I'm am having a hard time figuring out how to post. Hope this "reply" works. I too am an experienced dieter. I am not at my hw but the nine lbs I spent all spring and summer losing just leapt back on. I'm in my 50s and have been dealing with the hormone/thyroid/diabetes issues and the "empty nest thing. I usually try very hard to be funny - at any expense. But I'm out of energy. Help!
