Hi, my name is Kate! I have been reading 3FC for a couple of weeks now, and I decided I should start posting!

I started my weight loss journey over the summer and have lost about 20 lbs. I started at 265, so I would like to lose at least one hundred total - EEk! haha, but one day at a time, right? I am counting calories and working out 3-5 times a week (as time allows). I have been so inspired by all of the goal and mini-goal stories and photos, and just the support I see in all of the posts!
