Hello everyone! I just joined today and I'm looking forward to the support and advice this site offers. I've been on my weight loss journey for about a year now and have made significant progress.

I have hit sort of a road block (mentally) which is what prompted my joining the site. I hope to learn lots and share any positive info that I can!

You are all inspiring, don't ever quit!
