Trying to get back on track...needing some motivation!
Hey,
so this summer i lost about 10 pounds (still having about 25 to go) and then i got back to university and found it really hard to maintain it and have a social life at the same time. Im not a heavy drinker at all but it is hard to go be social at a pub in college and not eat or drink...anyway now that i have regained the ten pounds and i just feel like i am in such a rut and need some motivation to get back on track. Anyone have some very wise and powerful words of wisdom???
