I am just wondering. I sort of gave up diet soda, I do dring maybe 2 diet a week. I find I drink a lot of the sobe or vitamin zero waters instead.
I am just wondering if others have found that these are stalling WL. I follow my plan ( I have a bodyMedia fit) so my numbers are all in the right place. Just wondering if others are finding this problem and I have to give these up too.
It could be. I was drinking a lot of those for awhile. Started getting really bad headaches so I cut them out. But the sweetner in them can make you retain water is what I have heard. They are really good though. I grab one every so often for a treat.
