Takeaway night
Oh dear! It's takeaway night, every week we have friends round to play games and usually have a takeaway, vie been good up to now and have just prepared my own food to eat at the same time as their meals arrive.
Tonight I'm feeling weak and ordered my own food, chicken wrap and chips, worked out the calories and it puts me about 60cals over my daily allowance, do you think thats really bad or will I be able to even that out tomorrow? I don't want to slip back down.
