Ive been dieting for a few weeks now, lost more than I expected to.

Now I have flu, my usual response would be sod it and eat whatever I fancy while I'm ill, I'm a terrible patient lol. Now I'm not sure what to do, should I continue with the diet and just lay off the exercise (I'd prob die if I got on my treadmill at the mo, I break out in a sweat walking to the bathroom

) or should I just take a break and relax my eating till I'm better? I really want to curl up with a thick milkshake to make my throat feel better but it's got horrific calories in and its not as if I'm moving round much at the mo. HELP!!
