What a great forum... I've been lurking for a while now
I'm 42, and after a Dr's visit last year where I weighed in at 205 I started to clean up my diet. Lost 30 lb's (cutting out fast food and milk), got down to 175, now back up to 180+ (afraid to weigh myself) and ticked off about it!

150 is the goal!
I've got some pretty good back problems and am trying to delay/avoid surgery, so cardio is hard for me. And I loathe it. I went on a little hike with my H this weekend and I was so out of breath - I was so embarrassed.

So need to figure out how to increase the cardio w/o bouncing my spine around too much.
I've kinda yoyo'd all my life, hitting 150 once (in my early 20's), and it didnt look very good because I was starving/drinking to do it.
I've done yoga on and off for years, and signed up for a new class with a weight loss buddy this week!
Main issues have been sneaking & binging on fast food, drinking at least a gallon of 2% milk a week (that habit is GONE, but still tempting), and booze. I'm in the booze industry (manufacturing), so this one is not going away, just need to manage it. (no alcoholic issues, just caloric)
Love the support here, and I've never joined a weight loss group, so I thought this may be the help I need. I spend a lot of time behind a desk.
Thanks!
