What are your fitness/health goals? I was on the swim team in HS and would like to be able to do a 500 m race again, also to complete a 5k running/jogging the whole way
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Just tires of being fat, knees hurt, can't keep up with son, and TIRED OF DRAWSTRINGS in my pants.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? feeling entitled - if I workout then I EARNED - pizza, donught, cookies, shells and cheese....
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? diet-eating more fruits and veggies, not so many sweets - exercise- do it more regularly
