I agree fully with hdallas78 100%! Think of your body as a well made vehicle. In order for a vehicle to go any where it needs fuel. Now in regards to being well made, think of putting in premium fuel, not just regular fuel into the system. The better the fuel the better the vehicle. Now in a humanistic form, the same applies.. You need to fuel your body, good fuel. This is not just in order to survive on a daily basis, this is also to supply needs your body depends on. Minerals, vitamins, nutrients, etc. are all needed and if you are not getting the proper nutrition nor the proper fuel your body will not only shut down for lack of, but will also go into starvation mode due to not enough fuel. In turn your body will begin to feed off your body... Now some might think good, feed off of it, take this fat away....... Nope, it feeds off of the muscles.
Please consider re-evaluating your "plan" and what it more important.... Your health is and from what I am reading already feeling the strain. The weight will come off eventually. It did not get placed on over night, it surely is not going to come off over night.
