I love yogurt!

eww hate coconut though lol My favorite is Yoplait light apple turnover, white chocolate strawberry & harvest peach.

I have never had greek yogurt before. Is it similar in flavor texture to normal yogurt?

My whole family loves the yoplait light banana cream pie. I also eat the yoplait light harvest peach, blueberry and a new flavor that is sooooooo good is a light pomegranite berry - right now I can only get this in a multi pack which I rarely buy since I always use coupons and can get the singles for less.

moonkissed I was a greek yogurt virgin till 2 week ago..lol it was a big shock at first. it's much thicker which I like, but it also has a bit of a bite to it like sour cream for me I cant eat it plain.. if i get the strawberry or cherry kind and mix in half a packet of sweetener it tastes great! and it has MUCH more protein in it then regular yogurt so it keeps you fuller

I LOVE Yoplait Light key lime pie. I don't like the regular because it's too thick. I guess that's whey I haven't had the Greek kind because it's thick.

I love Greek Yogurt. So much more bang for your buck than regular yogurt. More calories, but a zillion times more filling and more protein. I usually get the Chobani brand, either with fruit or plain and I add fresh fruit to it,

I tried the Yoplait Greek yogurt and it's AWFUL. I took one bite and threw it (and the other 2 I purchased) out immediately. Dannon's is ok, but Yoplait is BAD.

My favorite yogurt is a store brand. Kroger CarbMaster. It's 80 cal, 1.5 g fat, 4 g carbs with 1 g of fiber and 12 g of protein. My favorite flavors are peach and blackberry, plus its only about 39 cents per 6 oz container. It is so rich and creamy!

I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's greek yogurt, because they have a 2% fat version of plain yogurt (as opposed to the other brands, where I can only find fat free or full fat).

I just mix it with some berries or other fruit, and a splash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Yum!!

Cool

My favorite yogurt is a Greek one that's sold at Whole Foods. (Can't recall the name.) They make a wonderful honey yogurt that's dense and has a nice subtle flavor. Not low cal, but if that's all you're eating, it's fine. They have two other flavors, fig and pomegranate. I don't care for Yoplait - it's way too sweet. I like Brown Cow cream at the top yogurts too.

My favorite used to be chocolate cherry yogurt but they stopped making it for some reason. I usually get the 35 calorie splenda sweetened cups. The desert flavors by Source (canadian brand) are very good.
