What would you use?! Potsticker/ravioli!

  • So today while browsing Kroger I found potsticker, noodle rounds that were 8-10 for 160 or so calories. I figured I would try something soon, filling them with either some veggies and stir fry sauce, or some type of mix.

    Any ideas on low calorie fillings for something like this?!

    What about some low fat cheese like ricotta with mushrooms and spinach.
  • You could make butternut squash ravioli with a seasoned squash puree, but that's really more fall-like.
