Default counting drinks

I just started calorie counting and this might be a dumb question but I was wondering if you're supposed to count the calories in drinks too. Also how much water do you guys drink? Is 8 glasses a day enough?

I do count any and every calorie I take in, including drinks.

Yes! Calories are calories. It's so easy to overload on calories if you don't count your drinks. Counting drink calories usually helps you realize how many "empty" calories you're consuming and for me, it really helped me cut them out.

yup indeed. sadly calories are calories. so every coffe, smoothies, shakes, soda, juice that has calories needs to be counted accept obviously anything that is Zero calories like diet soda, water, plain tea, plain coffee

Also and make sure you add condiments to or things you add into your drinks like cream, sugar, honey, etc..

Yeah, count everything. I drink a glass of apple juice every morning. I love ice cold AJ. It goes in my log book automatically each morning.

Of course you count calories in drinks. Why wouldn't you count them?
