Default The 2 best reasons I've EVER heard to exercise...

I was perusing the July issue of Cosmo (yes, I know, I'm behind) and there's an article called "99 hot new sex facts." Numbers 24 and 25 are the 2 best reasons I've ever heard to exercise...

24. Athletic women say their sexual performance is better...

25. ...And maybe that's because female pro athletes have both better clitoral blood flow and higher sexual satisfaction than women who don't exercise.

You don't have to tell me twice!!!

I am exercising 6 times a week and still giving DH the "go-away" much more often than not.

I love exercise. I'm sad to hear I'm missing one of the more awesome benefits.

I'll take my raincloud and move on.

Well, sometimes I think about going to the gym and say UGH! But I am nearly always glad I went. But if I stop exercising for about a week then it is pulling teeth to start again.

Sex is kinda like that.

I guess everybody is different, I have so much energy on days when I do/don't exercise (so everyday!) because of the lifestyle I have been leading. My poor fiance who is not your typical sex crazed man get's bombarded by me often.

Though once, he initiated when I told him that you could burn calories during... hehehe.

We "went to the gym" last night. I've made it a goal to make sure I'm holding up our "deal - He would happily boink like bunnies 5 or 7 nights a week. Change the "week" to month and you understand my needs clearly. We settled on twice a week minimum, three if he's been especially nice about things. I do feel better about life in general when I just - ahem - close my eyes and think of England.

Not that y'all needed that info, but I wanted to encourage the other ladies who are more inclined to sleep in the bed than anything else.

<totally straight face> Just get it over with girls!

(I'm really struggling with this. Humor is my coping strategy.)

Supposedly there are some estrogen creams that help...but that's about all I know. I'm sorry...but I *do* hope it gets unfrozen for you soon.
