Start with baby steps, go for a walk, the recommendation is 30 mins/day, if that's too much, do 10-15 mins, you can even split that up and do some in the morning some at night...
As for weight training, start with body weight exercises such as modified push ups against the wall, then on the stairs going down one step at a time every week till you're on the floor, or do the push-us on your knees.
Do some body squats, this is a great all around workout for the legs... then there are lunges...
