Hi all-- new to 3FC-- read the book and knew it sounded like a good thing for me. I am going Dr. Gott's No Flour No Sugar Diet but am also counting calories. I am on day 5 and have defeated the huge carb/sug craving of the first days-- starting to feel more energy. I am WW drop-out as I have regained more times than I can care to remember on it...... Hi to all!
