Another new kid on the block
Hi all,
I'm finally getting serious about this weight loss thing. I was doing well for a couple months until a job-change and a knee injury kicked me off of my bike for awhile. However, I'm fully-functional now and really looking forward to shedding these jelly rolls :P
My bf actually heard about this site and recommended that I get acquainted so I can have another area of support. Don't have many gal pals in the area that are facing the same... girth issues... that I am.
I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all as well muscle through!
I'm a little nervous, I admit, but I'm motivated. I know how I look and feel when I'm in shape, and I'm very far from that right now. I nearly outweigh my man, who almost a foot taller than me, and def. not a string bean.
I'm going to give the "bikini bootcamp" (gragg and perlman) diet/ workout a try, so if anyone has tried it or is on it, hit me up! Love to hear what you think!
