Hello, I'm Rhonda

About 6 years ago I lost about 50 pounds eating healthy and exercising. Then I went on vacation and after go lazy Since I've gained it all back and then some.

I am so tired of being tired, and feeling crappy, not to mention looking terrible!

I really need to make changes that stick, so I can lose the weight for good..

I know how you feel, think we've all been there and done that. Whenever I lose weight I seem to eventually put it all back on, and extra. This time I'm determined to shift all that weight (including the extra weight I put on) and keep it off... I'm not quite sure how yet but I think finding this forum is a good start as there are so many success stories on here and people to give you tips/encouragement and advice. I think it will be easier when there are people to support you who are going through the same thing. Good luck!

Jabba is right, we have all been there done that. I lost about 50 pounds a few years ago and put it all back on plus some. I, like you, are determined to lose the weight and keep it off this time. I'm tired of being this way and I am missing out on my life with my family. Good luck to us all!!!

Welcome. Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, or inspires you, and just post to join.
