I am really a newbie when it comes to exercise. I just started going to the gym and I’ve been taking mostly classes like Zumba, Yoga, Pilates etc.
I would like to branch out and try working the treadmill and the elliptical thingy.

I also know I need to do strength training so I am trying to read up on that. I really can’t afford a personal trainer but I feel I need a workout routine to help my weight loss. If you guys would please share what you do in the gym that would be so helpful. Whatever you guys are doing is working judging by some pictures here.
