hello everyone, my name is allie and I am looking for a diet/fitness buddy to encourage each other towards our goals. a little about me -- I've smoked since age 16 and I am now 41. Right now I am smoking my last three cigarettes. I weigh 212, the highest I have ever weighed. I am determined, and an idea I received from a trainer today is to eat fruit prior to working out at cardio as like a bannana or apple. my mini goal is to lose 15 lbs and get back into the 100's. My ultimate goal is to weigh 140. Anyone interested please reply! smiles. allie.
Hi Allie, I'll join you in your/our journey. I started on 6/1 on my new journey. I use to weigh 210 but some where along the way I dropped weight, not sure how or when, I keep saying just life. I weighed in at 195.8 on 6/1 and this morning I weighed in at 189.8. I walk almost every day for exercise. My mini goal is 184 by 7/4 and my long term goal is 150 for now.
