Default Hi, I'm new =)

Hey, my names Becky, I'm 18 and from the North-west of England.
I currently weigh 175lbs,
In the last week I have lost 5lbs, that was my record-high

I want to get down to 150lbs. Preferably by September when I go on holiday and to university. To do this though I will need to stop having such a sweet-tooth! And get over my laziness and go to the gym a little more often.

Hi hon

just moving a bit more and eating a bit less will help. Adapt the way you eat,choose lower fat rather than full fat, if you have a sweet tooth go for berries and other fruits and even make sure you get a treat a day - mine is usually a cadbury's fudge or curly wurly.

I'm doing WeightWatchers and its ok - i have done the quick fix diets and it does nit stay off. I am now doing this and i am managing and not cheating.

Also, alcohol - give it a wide birth or have low sugar spritzers etc to make the drink last longer e.g white wine spritzer made with either diet soda or diet lemonade etc

Good luck with it. Deal with it now and not when you are pushing 42 like me.

i'm from the north east; and we are a similar start weight and our goals similar too - mine 152.
do you want to try and go at this together? try and give each other a bit of moral support?
