just moving a bit more and eating a bit less will help. Adapt the way you eat,choose lower fat rather than full fat, if you have a sweet tooth go for berries and other fruits and even make sure you get a treat a day - mine is usually a cadbury's fudge or curly wurly.
I'm doing WeightWatchers and its ok - i have done the quick fix diets and it does nit stay off. I am now doing this and i am managing and not cheating.
Also, alcohol - give it a wide birth or have low sugar spritzers etc to make the drink last longer e.g white wine spritzer made with either diet soda or diet lemonade etc
Good luck with it. Deal with it now and not when you are pushing 42 like me.
