Take some vitamin C to help for the soreness. You are experiencing DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness from the lactic acid build up in your muscles.
For me, Vitamin C and potassium help. Also, drinking plenty of water and light cardio and lots of stretching. Day 2 and 3 used to be the worst for me, but once I learned the Vit C/Pot trick and just pushed thru with light cardio for those sore days it really helped.
Also, remember, once your body adjusts to the workouts, the DOMS goes away. You will probably exerience it for the first couple weeks of a new routine, or after an extended break, or a major change in routine. (heavier weights, or a total change up with new movements)
