new to site
hi, everyone. i've never written on a blog before but decided to give it a shot. for the past five years, i've slowly been putting on weight and realized this year that i'm almost two hundred pounds. my goal weight is 145lbs which is the weight that i was five years ago. the weight just came on so slowly that i didn't really pay attention and always thought i could just lose it later. i was busy with school and work, my schedule was pretty crazy. but now i'm ready to get started and just need a place to get some support.
