Just did my 1st in my new regime of tae bo DVD , my aim is to fit them in to my week as often as possible .
I have just done the 1st section (workout ) on the DVD and OMG i could not finish the last few minuites........not because it was hard or complicated . I managed most of the moves ..........i was just DONE IN.
Put 100% in to it and im sweaing , literally my face , feels like ive been out in the rain.
Feel Great tomorrow gona try and finish the last few minuites , but not abad workout i must say.
And if im sweating this much ............surley must be great for weightloss?
