Default Get Me Outta The 200's * Less Than 10LBS*

Allllrighty ladies. Who is sick of moving back and forth between their current weight, the weight on the ticker and never seeing 199???

Well, I am sick of it. I have six pounds to go and I am going to do everything it takes to get to 199...

Who is with me? Let's kick these last few until ONEDERLAND and get this done!!!

Plan:
Workout 6 days a week for at least 85 - 90 minutes
No drinking
No carbs after 4pm
Keeping between 1,500 - 1,800 calories
Water, water, water
Keeping it all natural and organic

Let's do this!!

Hopefully that will kick-start my metabolism!
Hopefully soon enough we'll be saying get us out of the 190's!!!

I thought summer would be easier ... the ability to be outside more and be generally more active and no Thanksgiving/Christmas ... now it's just nice all the time and people always want to get together and party!

NO KIDDING!!! What is up with that? And I love food...Thanksgiving, Christmas, BBQ.... ugh.

But I am so ready to just get this 199 on the scale ASAP

And if anyone has tips about camping and easy/healthy food to bring I'd love to know some!

i've been fluctuating between 203 to 200 the past two weeks. I saw 199 for the first time this morning after a workout but was back to 202 within an hour later...I won't believe that I'm 199 until I see it consistently on the scale. I don't want to celebrate yet...Let's do this ladies! Lets get to onederland and stay there!

Alright, scale said 204.8 this morning!
WOOOOOOO!!!!
*Touchdown dance*
I shouldn't celebrate quite yet - Here's hoping for it to stay there!!!!

Taylor - I am a big fan of making my own meat/cheeze/veggie trays and packing some healthy sandwiches when I go camping, and lots and lots of bottles of water. Or I'll make oatmeal, freeze it, then just take it out of the cooler the night before and reheat it over a fire for brekky.
It's not usually the food that gets me camping - it's the alcoholic bevvies! :P

OK girlies

I have just had my oatmeal and milk breakfast and I am off the to the gym for 90 minutes and I am kick my own @ss.

I got 7 pounds to loose in 2 weeks. This IS happening.

cal Oh honey!! You are soo close! I would almost bet that 202 is just water retention...maybe try drinkin' some of that H2O? It's gonna happen so soon!!

Angry WOOO *happy dance* 204.8 YESSS Look at you! As for camping - for me it is eating 2-3 servings, chips, buns, chocolate...etc. If I can eat reasonably I think I will be okay. I have just planned a 4th of July camping trip with friends and while they are aware of what they eat they let camping be a "vacation"...I don't. I don't reallly like drinking up there because I shrivel up in the Rocky Mountains....that oatmeal is a good idea.

feral Thanks honey! All of us are kickin butt!!

Feral - Thanks, lady!

Taylor - What about packing some hard-boiled eggs / flax meal / almonds / rice cakes / lots of apples / orange / banana's and stuff that you could keep in a cooler and such? I think snacking is usually hardest to avoid camping, especially in remote areas.

I'm with you! ONEderland by July! I'm 8 lbs. away and it's gonna happen! My weight is acting silly right now, after this past weekend, but I'm being EXTRA SERIOUS this week to make sure I stay on track. If I'm not 206 by Monday, I'm gonna be one madddddd girly.

Keep up the good work, everyone! We can do this!
