Hello everyone. I found this website by accident. I <3 it so far... (Deep breath) Here goes... My heaviest weight was 275 (I felt like dying). I was down to 245

but somehow some way, I have gained 15 lbs. I have recently made a bet with one of my girlfriends that whoever reaches 150 first will buy dinner and drinks. I hate to lose. Plus, I want my life back. I have health issues and much to my doctor's severe unapproval, I have went off all of health meds. I have felt better since discontinuing meds than I have in a LONG time. I have been spring cleaning my house and sleeping like a normal person. What all does this site have to offer? Any exercise programs or dvds anyone recommends would be very much appreciated.
