Hello all
I recently visit MRC with my husband, he decided he wanted to start the program with me which I was ecstatic about. Once we met with the counselors, however, we found out that the program was quite expensive. Since both my husband and both desperately need to lose weight I decided to let him go through the program since I have a bit more self control when it comes to food than he does. I decided to just follow along with him on the diet on my own. I have read other people suggestions as to things to substitute on the program such as Whey Protein in lieu of shakes and Flaxseed Oil for the amino acid. Well it has been 3 weeks and I am happy to say my husband has lost 19 lbs but I don't seem to losing. I lost 5 lbs the first week and 2 lbs the 2nd week and but then gain one back this week even though I have been following the diet strictly with no cheats. I would love any tips, suggestions and even support (I'm sure my friends are getting tired of hearing me complain). Thanks!
