Default Good decision

So i went to subway for lunch and since i didnt want to have to ask the people a 100 questions about calories and what not, i looked the nutrition info up online. I was floored by how many calories were in a wheat veggie sub. I had my heart set on that. But i didnt want to waste that many plus that was for a veggie sub and I wanted turkey. So instead i got a salad with chicken and it saved me 300 calories and was delicious!!!!

The Veggie sub is only 230 calories. A turkey sub is 280. This is without cheese and mayo of course. Congrats on the salad though, you still saved some calories I'm sure.

What site did you find the nutritional info?
