Okay so this is something that has been confusing me and it's probably silly, but hopefully you guys will know.
Okay, so I've always been told that you shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories. So, if I've eaten my 1200 calories for the day and then I exercise and burn some calories, do I need to eat more? I know that probably sounds silly, but I'm worried about slowing my metabolism. I'd rather not eat more, I'm not usually hungry after, I'm usually ready for bed, but I don't want to mess myself up either.
What do you guys think?
