Default it's been about a month now...
since I was here last.I was doing so good,then BAM!life hit.I got some kind of stomach bug & was sick for a week.I lost 12 pounds,not the way I want to lose weight,then when my appitite came back I couldn't get enough to eat.I gained it all back(the 12 pounds)So today I'm taking baby steps to get back on track.Now,my youngest is running a temp of 103!I can't seem to get ahead.

I soooo understand with the kiddos and illness. I think I've been fighting a sore throat for 3 weeks now. Crazy! Hang in there!!! We can take life and all it throws at us...we're worth it!

I feel your pain. I've been lagging for weeks with some kind of viral throat infection... it really makes getting to the gym A LOT harder. It's frustrating but I look at every morning is an opportunity to just keep trying...
