Buying Wii - what to get?
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and those of you who have posted about how you love your Wii have inspired me to give it a try.
However the Wii has so many components, I'm really lost as to what I need or don't need. What games or programs would you recommend?
I'm in my forties, and have been overweight forever, and never been in shape. My weight is closer now to 300 than 200 pounds. Walking every day at this point will be too hard on my knees, as I'm on my feet most of the day as it is.
My goal is to lose weight, tone and strengthen muscles and generally - just USE my body. I don't think I ever need to raise my arms above my head or use all the range of motion I'm capable of, which means I will become very inflexible as I age.
